Born in Yongzhou, Hunan Province, China in 1985, he graduated from the Sculpture
Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 2011. He disrupts, inspires, and challenges
modern urban life and the social and political constraints imposed upon it through his highly
personalized artistic approach. His works integrate video art, avant-garde performance art, and

李超士（1893-1971） 广东梅县人。中国最早赴欧洲学习西画的著名画家之一，是首位将粉彩画传入中国的艺术家。1911年赴英
LI CHAOSHI 国学习，1912年转入法国学习。1918年毕业于法国巴黎美术学院。1919年回国，并历任上海美专、国立北
平艺专、国立杭州艺专西画教授。1951年起任山东师范学院艺术系教授。曾任中国美术家协会山东分会主

席。出版有《李超士画集》。部分作品被中国美术馆及海外艺术机构收藏。

Born in Guangdong, China. One of the first Chinese painters to study Western painting in
Europe, Li Chaoshi introduced gouache art to China. He first went to Britain to study in 1911,
followed by a stint in France. Li Chaoshi graduated from the L'Ecole Nationale des Beaux Arts
in 1918 and returned to China the next year as a professor at the Shanghai Art Academy, Beijing
Art Academy and Hangzhou National Academy of Art. In 1951, Li was appointed professor of
the Art Department of Shandong Normal College and Chairman of the Shandong Branch of
the Chinese National Artists' Association. His work can be found in the public collections of the
National Art Gallery (Beijing) and overseas art institutions.

李贵男（b.1965） 1965年出生于吉林省珲春市，朝鲜族。1992年毕业于中央民族大学美术学院油画系，1999年中央美术学院
LI GUINAN 第十届油画研修班结业。现任中央民族大学美术学院教授，副院长，国家民族画院油画院院长，中国美术
家协会会员，北京美术家协会理事，中国油画学会理事。大学毕业后，他长时间以古典主义风格创作，经

历一段艰苦超越后形成现在的风格。他超常的敏感源自对都市人性变异的感受，迫使他重新构建语言表达
方式。他的作品归为表现主义风格，主要表现当代都市人们的精神世界、形象特征、生活现状。自1992年
起油画作品多次参加国内外大型美术展览，曾发表在《中国油画》《中国静物油画》《中国现代美术史文
献集》《中国当代画坛六十家》《绘画的品格》《油画大家》《美术论坛》等刊物上。多幅油画作品为国
内外艺术机构及私人收藏。主要个展：2017年，红地毯之路—李贵男绘画展，墨堂国际艺术馆，北京。

Born in 1965 in Hunchun City, Jilin Province, of Korean descent, he graduated from the
Department of Oil Painting at the Central University for Nationalities in 1992 and completed the
10th Oil Painting Advanced Class at the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 1999. After graduating
from university, he created works in the classical style for a long time, and after a period of
difficult transcendence, he developed his current style. His extraordinary sensitivity stems from
his perception of the mutation of urban human nature, which compelled him to reconstruct his
language of expression. His works are classified as expressionist, mainly depicting the spiritual
world, image characteristics, and current life situations of contemporary urban people. Since
