             曾佑和(1925-2017)            1925年出生于北京,擅长书画,曾师从方召麐、溥伒。1942年考入北京辅仁大学美术系,与著名学者和画家
             ZENG YOUHE                交流学习。1949年移居夏威夷,后在夏威夷大学取得亚洲研究硕士和纽约大学博士学位。1973年起任夏威夷
                                       大学教授,兼任火奴鲁鲁美术馆中国美术管理部副主任。1989年退休后,仍持续从事艺术创作和研究。1990

                                       年被日本佛教协会誉为夏威夷人间之宝。2005年回北京定居。她的作品以纸上墨彩的抽象形式为主,运用传
                                       统笔法,呈现自然生动的抽象风景。在1950年代,她创造了贴上金箔或银箔的掇画技法。曾举办40余次个展
                                       和联展,作品收藏于多个机构,如牛津大学阿什莫尔艺术考古博物馆、火奴鲁鲁美术学院、夏威夷文化与艺
                                       术基金会、香港M+等。1972年,尼克松总统访华时将曾佑和的书法著作送给毛泽东作为外交礼物之一。

                                       Born in Beijing in 1925. She excelled in Chinese calligraphy and painting and studied under
                                       renowned artists Fang Zhaoli and Pu Xinyu. In 1942, she enrolled in the Fine Arts Department
                                       of Beijing Fu Jen Catholic University, where she engaged with prominent scholars and artists
                                       for further learning. In 1949, she moved to Hawaii, where she obtained a Master's degree in
                                       Asian Studies from the University of Hawaii and later earned a Ph.D. from New York University.
                                       From 1973 onwards, she served as a professor at the University of Hawaii and concurrently
                                       as the Deputy Director of the Chinese Art Management Department at the Honolulu Museum
                                       of Art. Even after retiring in 1989, she continued her artistic pursuits and research. In 1990,
                                       she was honoured by the Japanese Buddhist Association as a treasure of the human world
                                       in Hawaii. She returned to Beijing in 2005 and is known for her abstract ink paintings on
                                       paper, characterized by traditional brush techniques that depict vibrant and natural abstract
                                       landscapes. In the 1950s, she pioneered the technique of duo hua (application of gold or
                                       silver foil) in ink painting. Zeng has held over 40 solo and group exhibitions, and her works are
                                       housed in various institutions, including the Ashmolean Museum at the University of Oxford,
                                       the Honolulu Museum of Art, the Hawaii State Foundation on Culture and the Arts, and M+ in
                                       Hong Kong. In 1972, during President Nixon's visit to China, he presented one of Zeng Youhe's
                                       calligraphy works to Mao Zedong as a diplomatic gift.

                                       Born in Shanxi Province in 1983, Zhai Liang received his BFA from the Oil Painting Department of
                                       the Sichuan Fine Arts Institute (SFAI) in 2006, he graduated with a Master’s degree from the Oil
                                       Painting Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts (CAFA) in 2009. Recent solo exhibitions
