俞洁（b.1970） 1970年出生于江苏盐城，1993年毕业于南京师范大学美术系，现居南京。无论是蒙面者、蛇与宝珠，以及
Yu Jie 雾中的楼梯，俞洁的绘画都是以东方女性的视角静观世界。俞洁一方面从传统绘画语言中寻求突破，形成
了风格化的个人语言，同时又站在国际视野上，对古老的东方文化进行解构，在当代语境下重新诠释，收

获了焕然一新的绘画生命，这种国际思潮下的本体视野也越来越得到观众的认可和期待。俞洁的绘画中基
本的表达内容。一瓶桌上的花、一只受惊吓的小猫、一张熟悉的脸，两个纠缠在一起的身体，物象随着艺
术家的心理流动而被凝固为一个瞬间的心中之像。

Born in Yancheng, Jiangsu in 1970 and graduated from the Department of Fine Arts at Nanjing
Normal University in 1993. Yu Jie currently resides in Nanjing. Whether it's a masked person, a
snake and a pearl, or a staircase in the mist, Yu Jie's paintings are all contemplating the world
from the perspective of an Eastern woman. Yu Jie sought a breakthrough from the language
of traditional painting, forming a personal style, and at the same gaining an understanding
of the international art world. She analyzes ancient Eastern culture and reinterprets it in a
contemporary context to create her new paintings. This approach is gaining more and more
recognition from her audience. The simple contents of Yu Jie's paintings such as a bottle of
flowers on the table, a frightened kitten, a familiar face, two intertwined bodies, influenced by
the artist’s thoughts and emotions, instantly become an image.
