尚扬（b.1942） 生于湖北。1965年，毕业于湖北艺术学院；1981年，油画硕士研究生毕业。曾任湖北美术学院教授、副院
SHANG YANG 长，中国美术家协会理事、华南师范大学美术研究所所长。现为首都师范大学美术学院教授、首都师范大
学现代美术研究所所长、中国油画学会副主席、中国美术家协会油画艺术委员会委员、北京美协油画艺委

Born in Hubei. In 1965, he graduated from Hubei Institute of Art; in 1981, he graduated with a
master's degree in oil painting. He used to be professor and vice president of Hubei Academy
of Fine Arts, director of China Artists Association, and director of Fine Arts Research Institute
of South China Normal University. Now he is a professor of the Academy of Fine Arts of Capital
Normal University, the director of the Institute of Modern Art of Capital Normal University, the
vice chairman of the Chinese Oil Painting Society, a member of the Oil Painting Art Committee
of the China Artists Association, and the deputy director of the Oil Painting Art Committee of
the Beijing Artists Association. His works are collected by the National Art Museum of China,
the Shanghai Art Museum, the Art Museum of the University of Hong Kong, the Museum of
Fine Arts in Singapore, the Youth Museum of the Royal Palace of Revene, Italy, foreign art
institutions and private collections at home and abroad. Main solo exhibitions: 2013 Wumen
