Liu Ye was born in Beijing and graduated from Beijing Craft Art School in 1984; he studied in
the Mural Painting Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 1989; and graduated
from the Academy of Fine Arts in Berlin, Germany, with a master's degree in 1994. His works
are widely collected by galleries, museums and private collectors at home and abroad.

罗中立（b.1948） 1948年生于重庆，重庆市璧山县人。1977年-1981年就读于四川美术学院，毕业后留校任教。1984年晋升为
LUO ZHONGLI 副教授，同年赴比利时皇家美术学院研修，1986年3月返校。
1993年晋升为教授。现任四川美术学院院长，中国当代艺术院院长，全国人大代表，享受国家政府津贴的

专家，中国美术家协会常务理事，中国油画协会常务理事，重庆市美术家协会主席。
曾获第二届中国青年美展金奖、四川优秀作品奖。作品收藏于中国美术馆、比利时国家历史博物馆、台湾
山美术馆。出版画册有《罗中立油画集》《罗中立油画选》。
为了奖励为艺术事业执着追求并富有创造精神的优秀青年艺术学子，为中国艺术的发展催生后备新人。
1992年创建罗中立油画奖学金，用于鼓励全国艺术院校研究生、本科优秀毕业生。
作品被中国美术馆、上海美术馆、中国台湾山美术馆、美国哈佛大学、美国俄克拉荷马州立美术馆、新加
坡美术馆、比利时国家历史博物馆等海内外艺术机构及私人广泛收藏。
