Wu Junyong was born in Fujian in 1978 and graduated from the printmaking department of the
China Academy of Fine arts. He also graduated with a Master’s degree in New Media from the
same institution. Image development has always been of interest to him and he considers his
creations to mostly be “diary style”. He keeps track of interesting images he thinks of, sees,
or hears at any given moment. After months of accumulation, these fragments may form a
narrative, and after continuous attempts and adjustments, he may produce what he considers
a “satisfactory result”. His work is part of the White Rabbit Gallery Collection in Australia.
