標籤、茄衣、茄套和茄芯等存在的缺陷或瑕疵。買家 ( 或其代理人 ) 簽收後，即表示已接受拍賣品之狀況及質量，且無異議。

The descriptions of the lots are printed in the catalogue. Bidders are advised to view the catalogues and refer to the Company’s condition of business
before bidding to satisf y themselves. Bidders' participation in the sale is deemed as the approval and acknowledgment on the condition of the
auctioned items. After Bidders successfully purchasing the lots in auction, holding different opinions on the purchased lots shall not constitute a reason
for withdrawing or cancelling the transactions or payment delay for the Purchases.
All lots offered for sale in this catalogue are kept at climate-controlled storage. Once the payment is settled and the release order is received, Buyers
shall collect the purchased lots from the storage facility with notice to pick-up. Buyers should carefully inspect the auctioned items upon receipt,
including but not limited to the defects or flaws about the packaging, labels, wrapper, binder and filler. Upon the signing and the receipt of the
auctioned item by the Buyers (or his agent), it indicates as an acceptance and satisfactory upon the condition the auctioned item(s) without objection. 243
