業 務 規 則
賣家。若於本公司承擔風險期間，拍賣品遺失或損毀，則參
照拍賣品的底價支付賠償金額，最高不得超過底價的 100%。
(5) 本公司對用作裝裱拍賣品之畫框或玻璃之遺失或損毀並不承
擔責任，亦對下述情況直接或間接所造成之遺失或損毀概不
承擔責任；
a. 濕度或溫度轉變；
b. 正常損耗、磨損、逐漸變質、固有瑕疵或缺陷；
c. 戰爭或戰爭中使用原子裂變，放射性污染之武器，或任何恐
怖主義襲擊。

(1) 除賣家與本公司另有協定外，拍賣品成交後，賣家應支付本
公司相當於成交價 ( 即落槌價 ) 百分之十之佣金、百分之一保
險費及圖錄印刷費。
(2) 如拍賣品未能成交，賣家應支付本公司相當於底價百分之一
的保險費。

(1) 所有拍賣品均設有底價。底價由本公司與賣家通過協商書面
協定。底價數目一經雙方確定後，如需更改，須事先徵得雙
方同意。
(2) 本公司對圖錄內拍賣品之描述與圖示方式、鑒定意見書、拍
賣地點與方式、讓誰人進場競投以及競投價之接受、是否應
尋求專家意見，以及將拍賣品合併或分開拍賣等均有完全的
決定權。
(3) 任何拍賣品的估價，無論口頭或書面，均只屬意見，而非拍
賣品最終可賣得之價錢之保證。

(1) 本公司將會參照底價將拍賣品拍賣。如競投價不能達到底價，
本公司均不負有任何責任。但本公司有權將拍賣品以低於底
價拍賣。如本公司按此將拍賣品拍賣，本公司將有責任向賣
家支付成交價與底價之差額。
(2) 賣家不得競投自己委托本公司的拍賣品，也不得委托他人代
為競投。否則賣家應自行承擔相應之責任，並賠償本公司因
此引致之全部損失。
(3) 除賣家與本公司另有協議，否則若拍賣品在拍賣會中收回或
未成功拍賣。本公司有權在拍賣後三十天內按不少於該拍賣
品付給賣家的淨款價 ( 即底價扣除一切費用的價格 )；或按賣
家另行同意的較低價將該拍賣品出售。在此情況下，賣家就
該拍賣品而對本公司所負之責任，等同與拍賣品成功拍賣。
(4) 本公司除向買家收取成交價外，亦收取按成交價計算之酬金。
本公司並有權保留此筆酬金。
