IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT BIDDING REGISTRATION

ɓeტɨਞၾᘩҳ೮াࣛ඲෬ᄳᘩҳɛ೮াڌࣸԨ౤ԶϞᗫԒ΅ Ⅰ. When you register to bid, you must ﬁ ll in a Bidder Registration
Form, provide the relevant identity document, and pay a deposit
ᗇ׼˖΁dᖮॶڭᗇږd˸፬ଣ೮া˓ᚃf
in order to carry out the registration formalities.
Ⅱ. Documents that must be provided at the time of bidding registration:
ɚeᘩҳ೮াࣛ඲౤Զʘ˖΁j
(1) Individuals: identity document with photo issued by the
eࡈɛjִ݁೯̈ڝϞ๫˪ٙԒ΅ᗇ׼˖΁ν֢͏Ԓ΅ᗇ government (such as a resident identity card or passport) and
proof of current address (if the current address is not shown
אᚐ๫dʿତࣛИѧᗇ׼νԒ΅ᗇ׼˖΁͊Ϟᜑͪତ on the identity document), e.g. utility bill or bank statement.
ࣛИѧdνʮ͜ԫุሪఊאვБ˜ഐఊf (2) Corporate clients: a certiﬁ cate of incorporation and proof of
shareholding.
eʮ̡܄˒jʮ̡ൗ̅ᗇࣣ˸ʿٰ؇ᗇ׼˖΁f (3) Agent: identity document of the agent, identity document of
e˾ଣɛj˾ଣɛٙԒ΅ᗇ׼˖΁d˾ଣɛ˾ڌٙᘩҳɛɻ the Bidder represented by the agent, and the original of the
letter of authorization issued by the Bidder. Please note that
ఊЗʘԒ΅ᗇ׼˖΁d˸ʿ༈ɛɻ ఊЗᖦ೯ٙબᛆࣣ͍ China Guardian (Hong Kong) Auctions Co., Ltd. does not
͉fหሗءจdʕ਷ྗᅃ࠰ಥ਷ყשርϞࠢʮ̡ʔટ accept payment from third parties, and this also applies to
agents. If you bid on the behalf of another, China Guardian
աୋɧ˙˹ಛdϤ஝֛͵ቇ͜׵˾ଣɛfνტɨ˾ڌ˼ɛ (Hong Kong) Auctions Co., Ltd. will only accept payment
ਞၾᘩҳdʕ਷ྗᅃ࠰ಥ਷ყשርϞࠢʮ̡සટա։ from the principal.
(4) New clients and clients who have yet to successfully bid
ৄɛʘ˹ಛf on an Auction Property under the auspices of the China
Guardian Auctions Co., Ltd. group must provide a proof of
eอ܄˒˸ʿ͊ίʕ਷ྗᅃ਷ყשርϞࠢʮ̡ණྠҳ੻שር
creditworthiness issued by a bank. We would recommend
ۜٙ܄˒d඲౤ԶვБ೯̈ʘڦ͜ᗇ׼fܔᙄ࠯ϣਞၾᘩ that new clients who are to bid for the ﬁ rst time register at
least 24 hours before the auction so as to allow sufficient
ҳٙอ܄˒׵שርึۃЇˇ ʃࣛ፬ଣ೮াd˸کϞ̂ԑ
time for processing of the registration materials.
ٙࣛගஈଣ೮া༟ࣘf
Ⅲ. Deposit for this auction is HKD500,000. If you are our new
client or you have not won the bid in the past, the deposit is
ɧe͉ఙשርึڭᗇږމಥ࿆ͼܽຬʩdνტɨ݊࠯ϣਞၾᘩ HKD1,000,000. (China Guardian Auctions Co., Ltd. implemented
the “Guardian Registered Client Programme” on May 1st, 2012.

The programme is applicable to this auction.)You can also
ᘩҳ٫dڭᗇږމಥ࿆ɓϵຬʩfʕ਷ྗᅃ਷ყשርϞࠢ attend the auction through Live Auction Platform authorized by
the Company and pay deposit as require.
ʮ̡І ϋ ˜ ˚ྼ݄¨ྗᅃൗ̅܄˒ࠇྌ©dϤࠇྌΝ
ᅵቇ͜׵͉ఙשርึfტɨ͵̙ீཀ͉ʮ̡Ⴉ̙ٙΝӉ˾ Ⅳ. All deposits must be paid in HK dollars by electronic transfer
or credit card/UnionPay Card (you must yourself use the credit
ש؂ਕਞၾᘩҳdԨܸܲͪᖮॶڭᗇږf card/UnionPay Card issued in your name).

If you fail to successfully bid on any Auction Property, China
̬eהϞڭᗇږ̀඲˸ཥිאڦ̔͜ ვᑌ̔˸ಥ࿆˹ಛტɨ̀ Guardian (Hong Kong) Auctions Co., Ltd. will arrange to
඲ፋІԴ͜આΤɨٙڦ̔͜ ვᑌ̔f refund your deposit (without interest) within 14 working days
after conclusion of the auction. China Guardian (Hong Kong)
Auctions Co., Ltd. may use the deposit to oﬀ set any amounts
νტɨ͊ঐҳ੻΂Оשርۜdʕ਷ྗᅃ࠰ಥ਷ყשርϞ that you may have outstanding with the China Guardian
Auctions Co., Ltd. group. Any losses or charges relating to
ࠢʮ̡ਗ਼τરίשርഐҼܝɤ̬ࡈʈЪ˚ʫৗΫტɨʊ˹ٙ conversion of the refund will be borne by you.
ڭᗇږʔ̍ўлࢹfʕ਷ྗᅃ࠰ಥ਷ყשርϞࠢʮ
Ⅴ. The Company has the right to require the Bidder to provide
̡̙͜ڭᗇږתቖტɨίʕ਷ྗᅃ਷ყשርϞࠢʮ̡ණྠٙ proof of his or her financial standing, security, proof of bank
deposit and/or other collateral that the Company may, at its
΂О˞ಛf΂Оऒʿৗಛٙг౬ʹ׸ฦ̰א൬͜dਗ਼͟ტɨ
absolute discretion, require the Bidder to provide for the Auction
וዄf Property that he or she intends to bid for. The Company
reserves the right to check the source of the Bidder’s funds.
