竞买须知
Important Notice for Bidding

竞买人承诺已仔细阅读刊印于本图录中的广州华艺国际拍卖有限公司《拍卖规则》，并同意遵守该拍卖规则的各项条款。
The bidder undertakes to carefully read the auction rules of Guangzhou Holly’s International Auction Co., Ltd and agrees to abide by all the terms and
conditions of the auction rules printed in this catalogue.

根据文物主管部门要求，本公司不再对禁止出境拍卖标的标注 * 号。买受人须于竞买前自行寻找专业意见，确认拍卖标的满足法律
对进口的要求。如将文物携运出境，买受人须依法自行办理文物出境审核手续。
According to the requirements of the department of cultural relics, our company shall no longer mark * for the lots that are forbidden to be exported. The
buyer alone is responsible for getting advice about meeting the requirements of Laws which apply to exporting or importing any lot prior the bidding.
The buyer that carries and transports cultral relics out of the PRC shall go through the formalities of exit examination and verification of cultural relics
separately according to Laws.

本公司特别声明不能保证拍卖标的的真伪、品质及价值，对拍卖标的不承担瑕疵担保责任， 竞买人应亲自审看拍卖标的原物。如欲
进一步了解拍卖标的状态等信息，请向业务人员咨询或索取资料。
Guangzhou Holly's International Auctions Co.,Ltd declares that thee company cannot guarantee the genuineness,quality and value of the lot. and the
company shall not bear the liability for guaranteeing the drawbacks.Please contact staff of Guangzhou Holly's International Auctions Co.,Ltd to consult or
obtain information for inquiry of detail status of lots and other relevant information.
本公司所有著录均只提供复印件，恕不提供原件。

竞买人在拍卖会开始前须持本人有效身份证件办理相关手续，并支付保证金人民币叁拾万元，方能入场竞买。如阁下委托他人 ( 或
公司 ) 支付保证金或购买价款，须提供付款人身份证明 ( 或营业执照 ) 复印件及书面签字确认 ( 或盖公章 ) 的代付款函。
The bidder must hold their own valid proof of identity to register for the relevant auction procedures before the auction starts; and the bidder must pay a
deposit of RMB300,000 to be able to enter the bidding. If you entrust another person (or company) to pay the deposit or the purchase price, a copy of the
payer's identification (or business license) and a written signature to confirm (or seal) the letter of payment is a must.

若竞投成功，买受人须自成交日起三十日内向广州华艺国际拍卖有限公司一次性支付落槌价及相当于落槌价的百分之十五的佣金及
其他各项费用（包装及搬运费用、运输及保险费用），并领取拍卖标的。逾期未付清者，本公司将不退还保证金，并保留进一步追究
该买受人违约责任的权利。
If the bidding is successful, the buyer shall pay the hammer price and the commission equivalent to 15% of the hammer price and other expenses
to Guangzhou Holly’s International Auction Co., Ltd, and collect the auction items within 30days from the sale date(including shipping,packaging
charges,insurance fee,for which the buyer is responsible). If the payment is overdue, Holly’s will not refund the security deposit and reserves the right to
further investigate the buyer liability for breach of the contract.

发票开具注意事项：
买受人如需开具发票，发票中的购买方名称须与买受人名称一致，且应于结清拍品款当月内联系本公司办理增值税普通发票开具事
宜。逾期恕不办理。买受人应提供正确开票信息。发票一经开具，本公司无法提供更换发票服务。
Invoice notice: If a buyer needs an invoice,the name of the purchaser in the invoice must be consistent with the buyer’s name, and should require the
invoice within the same month as the final payment.Our company will not provide invoices if you exceed the time limit. The buyer should provide the
correct invoice information; invoices are unable to be changed once issued.
买受人支付货款除使用现金、支票和刷卡 ( 人民币卡 ) 外，也可直接汇入本公司开户银行，并在汇款时备注竞买人姓名及竞投牌号。
若以支票、汇票支付，须待银行确认后方可提货。
In addition to cash, cheque and credit cards (RMB card), the buyer also can directly remit the payment to the bank of Holly’s and write down the buyer’s
name and the paddle number when the remittance is made. Payment by cheque or bill of exchange is subject to the bank confirmation before collecting
the auction items.
