保税拍品竞买须知
Notice on Auction of Bonded Lots

一、本图录中拍品图录号旁注有“ ”标记之拍品为保税拍品。
保税拍品均来自海外或港澳台地区，处于保税状态下，无法在拍
卖现场提货。当保税拍品被带入中国关境时，买受人应当缴纳进
口关税和其他税项。
I. The lots in this catalog marked with " " are bonded lots. All bonded lots
are from overseas or from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. The bonded lots are
in a bonded status and not available for immediate collection from the auction
venue. When a bonded lot is imported into the China's customs territory, the
buyer shall be responsible for and will have to pay import duties and other taxes.
二、本公司提请买受人注意：

保税拍品的提货地点在香港。买受人在按照本公司《拍卖规则》
规定付清全部购买价款后，请前往华艺国际（香港）拍卖有限公
司领取拍卖标的。
The pickup location of bonded lots is Hong Kong. The buyer is requested to go
to Holly's International (Hong Kong) Auction Co., Ltd. to collect the auction
lot after paying all the purchase price in accordance with the company's Auction
Rules.

另应买受人要求，本公司可以向买受人推荐承运人代为办理进口
手续，但仅视为本公司对买受人提供的协助，本公司可酌情决定
是否提供此项协助，若由此产生任何费用或发生任何损失均有
买受人自行承担。此外，本公司不就本公司推荐承运人造成的错
误、遗漏，无法协助办理相关手续承担任何责任。
At the request of the buyer,our company can recommend agents who will handle
the importing procedures. This can only be regarded as the assistance provided
by Holly's International Auctions to the buyer. Holly's International Auctions
has the right to decide whether or not to provide this assistance according to
actual situation. Any costs or losses incurred will be borne by the buyer. In
addition, Holly's International Auctions shall not be liable for the failure to
handle relevant procedures due to the errors or omissions of the recommended
agents.

三、买受人须自行负责识别及申请保税拍品进口到中国必要的许
可证，以及完成其他进口手续。本公司对任何拍品所作的关于进
出口限制或禁运的提示及提供的税费说明仅供参考，不应视为本
公司的保证。买受人不得以未获发任何许可证或相关文件作为
撤销交易或要求延迟付款的理由。
III. The buyer shall be responsible for identifying and applying for the necessary
permits for importing bonded lots to the PRC, and complete other import
processes on its own. The notices and statements on import and export
restrictions or embargoes and tax descriptions provided for any auction lot
are for reference only and should not be regarded as a guarantee of Holly's
International Auctions. The buyer shall not cancel the transaction or request a
delay in payment because of failure to obtain any permits or related documents .
