三得利原廠蒸餾裝瓶 , 原裝盒。
"Furudaru Shiage" translates to "Old barrel finish" and the red
characters in the middle of the label say it is filtered through bamboo
charcoal.
1991 年的「古樽仕上」主要採用山崎純麥芽威士忌 , 再經過木炭層過濾及儲
存在舊雪莉桶之中，由於經過竹炭過濾 , 然後待至成熟後再入桶，因此酒體的
香氣潔淨、味道溫和，帶有雪莉桶的醇厚威士忌感覺。但由於釀造過程繁複 ,
生產難度大 , 山崎已不再採用此複雜方法釀酒，因此成為了一枝十分罕見、風
格特別的作品。
