1 中国嘉德国际拍卖有限公司举办的拍卖活动均依据本图录中所附
之拍卖规则进行，参加拍卖活动的相关各方必须仔细阅读并予以
遵守。
2 根据文物主管部门要求，本公司不再对禁止出境拍卖标的标注※
号。买受人须于竞买前自行寻求专业意见，确认拍卖标的满足法
律对进出口的要求。如将文物携运出境，买受人须依法自行办理
文物出境审核手续。
3 本公司特别声明不能保证拍卖标的的真伪、品质及价值，对拍卖
标的不承担瑕疵担保责任，竞买人应亲自审看拍卖标的原物。如
欲进一步了解拍卖标的状态等相关信息，请向业务人员咨询或索
取资料。
4 嘉德四季拍卖会须缴纳保证金规定如下：
竞买中国书画场拍卖标的，保证金为人民币 伍拾万元
(RMB500,000)；竞买其他场次拍卖标的，保证金为人民币贰拾万
元(RMB200,000)；书画场号牌亦可竞买其他场次拍卖标的。曾
在本公司拍卖会办理过竞买登记手续，但尚未成功竞买者，凭有
效身份证件办理竞买登记手续，缴纳双倍保证金后，领取竞买号
牌。尚未在本公司办理过竞买登记手续的客户，应于拍卖日24小
时前与本公司联系，向本公司说明其资信状况并填写相关资料，
经本公司审核同意后，凭有效身份证件办理竞买登记手续，缴纳
双倍保证金后，领取竞买号牌。详情请阅读《竞买登记须知》。
5 若竞投成功，买受人须自拍卖成交日起三十日内向中国嘉德国际
拍卖有限公司支付落槌价及相当于落槌价百分之十五的佣金及其
他各项费用，并领取拍卖标的（包装及搬运费用、运输保险费用
自行承担）。
6 如阁下委托他人支付保证金或购买价款，须提供付款人身份证
明复印件及《代付款确认书》（详情请登录中国嘉德官网www.
cguardian.com查看“买家指南”）。
7 发票开具注意事项：
买受人如需开具发票，发票“抬头”须与买受人名称一致，且
应于结清拍品款当月内联系本公司办理增值税普通发票开具
事宜。
买受人应提供正确开票信息。发票一经开具，本公司无法提供更
换发票服务。
8 本图录版权属中国嘉德国际拍卖有限公司所有。未经本公司书面
许可，不得以任何形式对本图录的任何部分进行复制或进行其他
任何形式的使用。
1 China Guardian Auctions Co., Ltd. will organize all auctions according to the Conditions
of Business enclosed in this Catalogue, which shall be carefully read and observed by all
parties to such auctions.
2 According to the requirements of the department of cultural relics, our company shall
no longer mark ※ for the Lots that are forbidden to be exported. The Buyer alone is
responsible for getting advice about and meeting the requirements of Laws which apply
to exporting or importing any Lot prior the bidding. The Buyer that carries and transports
cultural relics out of the PRC shall go through the formalities of exit examination and
verification of cultural relics separately according to Laws .
3 China Guardian Auctions Co., Ltd. declares that the Company cannot guarantee the
genuineness, quality and value of the Lot, and the Company shall not bear the liability for
guaranteeing the drawbacks. Please contact staff of China Guardian Auctions Co., Ltd.
to consult or obtain information for inquiry of detail status of Lots and other relevant
information.
4 China Guardian Quarterly Auctions Deposit Regulations:
The deposit for all auction Lots in sessions of Chinese painting and calligraphy should
be RMB FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND (RMB500,000 ); The deposit for all
auction Lots in other sessions should be RMB TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND
(RMB200,000); The bidding card for sessions of Chinese painting and calligraphy can
also be used for buying Lots in other sessions. Registered bidders who were not successful
at bidding can use valid ID cards to finish registration. After a payment of double deposit,
they can fetch their bidding card. Any customer who does not register for auction should
contact our company 24 hours ahead of the auction day. You should declare your credit
status and fill in relevant information. Upon approval of your information, you can use
your valid ID cards to finish your registration. After a payment of a double deposit, you can
fetch your bidding card.
5 In the event of a successful bid, a complete single payment must be received by China
Guardian Auctions Co., Ltd. within thirty days of the date of successful sale, and be in
accordance with the hammer price plus an additional 15% of the hammer price as buyer’s
premium, and include any additional fees surrounding the lot as well (including shipping,
packaging charges, insurance fee, for which the buyer is responsible). After all above-
mentioned fees have been paid, the bidder may take possession of the Lot; If the Buyer
fails to make full payment within the time limit, the bidding deposit (earnest money) shall
not be refunded and the Buyer shall also undertake all corresponding liabilities, according
to the Conditions of Business of China Guardian Auctions.
6 If you ask a truster to pay the deposits or the purchase price, a copy of identification
document of the paying agent and a confirmation of payment shall be supplied.(For more

7 Invoice notice:
If the Buyer needs an invoice, the name of the purchaser in the invoice must
be consistent with the Buyer’s name, and should require the invoice within the
same month as the final payment.
The Buyer should provide the correct invoice information; invoices are unable to be
changed once issued.
