保稅拍品競買須知
一、本圖錄中拍品圖錄號旁註有“ ”標記之拍品為保稅拍品。保稅拍品
均來自海外或港澳臺地區，處於保稅狀態下，無法在拍賣現場領取。當保
稅拍品被帶入中國關境時，買受人應當繳納進口關稅和其他稅項。
二、本公司提請買受人註意：
1. 買受人在按照本公司《拍賣規則》規定付清全部購買價款後，如擬把
保稅拍品進口到中國，須根據《中華人民共和國海關進出口貨物征稅管
理辦法》繳納關稅、進口環節增值稅及進口環節消費稅。買受人應負責
查詢擬進口到中國的保稅拍品所需繳付的相關稅項，相關稅項的最終金
額將以中國海關及其他有管轄權的機構在進口時作出的最終決定為準。
另外，買受人必須申請許可保稅拍品進口到中國的相關許可。買受人應
憑相關許可、確認全部稅費已向海關支付的海關放行文件及合法身份證
件辦理保稅拍品的提貨手續。
2. 買受人在按照本公司《拍賣規則》規定付清全部購買價款後，如擬將保
稅拍品運送出境，應憑海關放行文件及合法身份證件辦理該保稅拍品的提
貨手續。
3. 與進口、出境及領取保稅拍品有關的費用均由買受人承擔。
三、買受人須自行負責識別及申請保稅拍品進口到中國必要的許可證，以
及完成其他進口、出境手續。本公司對任何拍品所作的關於進出口限製或
禁運的提示及提供的稅費說明僅供參考，不應視為本公司的保證。買受人
不得以未獲發任何許可證或相關文件作為撤銷交易或要求遲延付款的理由。
本公司不就因無法完成遞交進口、出境所需資料、文件以及未能成功辦理
保稅拍品進口、出境手續而產生的任何責任負責。
四、如您有任何有關領取或運送保稅拍品的問題，請致電 010-
64083207，聯系運輸部。應買受人要求，本公司可以向買受人推薦承運人
代為辦理進口、出境手續，但僅視為本公司對買受人提供的協助，本公司
可酌情決定是否提供此項協助，若由此產生任何費用或發生任何損失均由
買受人自行承擔。此外，本公司不就本公司推薦承運人造成的錯誤、遺漏，
無法協助辦理相關手續承擔任何責任。
五、若買受人未能按照本公司《拍賣規則》規定的時間領取其購得的保稅
拍品，買受人應自拍賣成交日起的第三十一日起按每件拍品每月人民幣 捌
佰 元向本公司支付保管費。
六、本須知與本公司《拍賣規則》具有同等效力。

① 競買人領取競投號牌需憑本人身份證（或護照）登記，並預交保證金。
在我司沒有交易記錄的競買人或在我司有不良交易記錄的競買人辦理競
買登記時，需要預交雙倍保證金。如您競投金額超過額度，請重新辦理
競投牌，保利 ( 廈門 ) 國際拍賣有限公司對此擁有最終解釋權。
② 買方酬金為 15%。
③ 競買人應妥善保管競買號牌，如有丟失，應立即向拍賣人書面掛失。凡
持本競買號牌者在拍賣活動中所實施的競買行為，均視為競買號牌登記
人本人所為，並承擔全部法律責任。
④ 買受人應在拍賣日起七日內支付全部購買價款，逾期未支付者，本公司
將不退還保證金，並保留進一步追究買受人違約責任的權利。
⑤ 買受人以支票、匯款等非現金方式付款的，須持銀行確認到款後方可提貨。
⑥ 本場拍賣會部分展覽及著錄信息摘自網絡鏈接，僅供參考，本公司不提
供展覽及著錄相關資料。保利（廈門）拍賣擁有最終解釋權。
NOTICE ON AUCTION OF BONDED LOTS
I.The Lots marked by on the catalogues are Bonded Property. Bonded
Property are from Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan or regions outside the
Chinese mainland. The Lots are not available for immediate collection
from the auction venue as they are held under the bonded status. When
they are imported into the PRC, the Buyer will be responsible for and will
have to pay the applicable import customs duties and taxes.
II.We call attention of the Buyer to note that:
(i).Upon making full payments according to the Poly Auction Conditions of
Business, the Buyer willing to import bonded Lots into the PRC needs to pay
off the applicable customs import duty, VAT and consumption tax pursuant
to "Customs Import/Export Goods Taxation Management Branch of the
People's Republic of China". The Buyer is responsible for identifying what
taxes are to be paid. The final amounts of taxes will be determined by PRC
Customs and other competent authorities at the time of import. In addition,
the Buyer must apply for permits allowing the bonded Lots to be imported
into PRC. The bonded Lots will be released to the Buyer upon presentation
of the permits, the Customs release documentation and legal ID.
(ii).Upon making full payments according to the Poly Auction Conditions
of Business, if the Buyer wish to export bonded Lots from PRC, the bonded
Lots will be released to the Buyer upon presentation of the Customs
release documentation and legal ID.
(iii).All expenses associated with the import, export and collection of
bonded Lots will be at the Buyer's charge.
III.The Buyer is responsible for identifying and applying for permits needed
to import bonded Lots into the PRC, and handling the entire import and
export processes. Any notices and statements on import and export
restrictions, embargo, and tax rates issued by Poly Auction shall be just for
reference purpose only, and Poly Auction does not guarantee any of the
content. The Buyer cannot cancel the deal or delay payment because of
failure to get permits and other relevant paperwork.
Poly Auction is not responsible for the consequences that may follow
from failure to handle and present import and export paperwork and
documents to the authorities.
IV.If you have any questions about the collection and delivery of bonded
Lots, please call the Logistics department at 01064083207. At the Buyer's
request, we may recommend to you agents who will handle import and
export on its behalf. It is an assistance offered by Poly Auction to the Buyer,
and Poly Auction has the final say as to whether to offer it or not. Please
note that all the expenses or damages that may arise in this process
will be borne by the Buyer. In addition, Poly Auction is not responsible
for consequences that may follow from the failure to handle related
procedure due to mistakes of recommended agents.
V.If the Buyer fails to collect the sold bonded Lots within the required
timeframe as stated in the Poly Auction Conditions of Business, the Buyer
should pay RMB 800 per Lot per month to Poly Auction as storage charges
calculating from thirty-first day after the Sale Date.
VI.The notice has equal legal effect with the Poly Auction Conditions of
Business.
NOTICE ON AUCTION OF BONDED LOTS
① Bidders are requested of a deposit and present their own ID card for a
paddle registration. All the above are applicable to Poly registered existing
customers. New customers are requested to be guaranteed by existing
customers or to pay double amount of cash deposit.
② The premium is adjusted to 15% of the final bid price.
③ Bidders should take care of their paddles in case of any loss. Bidders are
not allowed to transfer their paddles to any third parties, otherwise bidders
should be liable for all the circumstances occurs.
④ Buyers should pay 100% amount of the purchase price in seven days if the
bid is successful, otherwise the deposit will not be returned and the legal
effect accrued thereupon shall be born by the buyers.
⑤ For buyers paid by terms of check, remittent or other non-cash payment,
the lots will be delivered after we receive the credit notice from our bank.
⑥ Certain publications in this catalogue are cited from the internet resources
and for reference only. Poly is not responsible to provide the original
documentation. The company reserves the right of final explanations.
