BIDDER’S LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION

BEIJING POLY 2023 AUTUMN AUCTION

Poly International Auction Co., Ltd. is now applied to and entrusted, to designate a special person to carry out the competitive bidding for the Lots numbered be-
low according to the entrusted price listed below relying on this Letter of Authorization, and agree to the following terms:
I.In the event of a successful bid, a slump-sum payment of the Hammer Price plus an additional 15% of the Hammer Price as the commission and all other ex-
penses shall be made by the entrusting party to Poly International Auction Co., Ltd. within 7 days following the Sale Date, after which, the entrusting party may

take possession of the Lot (and shall pay for such costs such as packaging charges, cartage, transportation insurance premium and export appraisal fees).

II.Then entrusting party knows and accepts that Poly International Auction Co., Ltd. assumes no liability for the authenticity and/or quality of any Lot;
III.The “Disclaimer of Authorized Bidding” contained in the Auction Rules of Poly International Auction Co., Ltd. is an incontestable clause. The entrusting party

waives investigation of responsibilities of Poly International Auction Co., Ltd. and its employees bear for any unsuccessful bids, bidding negligence, or failure to
carry out the competitive bidding;

IV.The entrusting party must issue this Letter of Authorization on Entrusted Bidding to Poly International Auction Co., Ltd. at latest twenty-four hours prior to the
Auction Date with the payment of an amount of guarantee money equivalent to 30% of the entrusted price listed. In order to ensure a smooth and successful bid,

the entrusting party shall contact Poly International Auction Co., Ltd. by the Auction Date for the method of payment. If the aforesaid guarantee money has not
been received by Poly International Auction Co., Ltd. twenty-four hours prior to the Auction Date, this Company is entitled to determine whether this entrustment
will be accepted;

V.The entrusting party acknowledges that he/she has carefully read the Auction Rules of Poly International Auction Co., Ltd. as printed in this catalogue, and
agrees to abide by all such clauses as contained therein.

VI.The entrusting party promises to undertake the legal liability for the instant communication mode and tools filled in this Letter of Authorization on Entrusted

Bidding, the bidding information conveyed during the competitive bidding, as well as the results arising therefrom.
The entrusted party will bid on behalf of the entrusting party at the lowest possible price on the principle of protecting the client’s interests and the transaction

price shall not be higher than the entrusted price listed.
