may follow from the failure to handle related proce-
dure due to mistakes of recommended agents.
V.If the Buyer fails to collect the sold bonded Lots
within the required timeframe as stated in the Poly
Auction Conditions of Business, the Buyer should pay
RMB 800 per Lot per month to Poly Auction as storage
charges calculating from thirty-first day after the Sale
Date.
VI.The notice has equal legal effect with the Poly
Auction Conditions of Business.
