竞投登记须知

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR BIDDING REGISTRATION

一、参加竞投的竞买人或代理人在竞投登记时需填写登记表格并提供有关身份证明文件，缴纳保证金，
以办理登记手续。
二、竞投登记时须提供之档
1、个人：中华人民共和国签发的附有照片的有效身份证明文件。
2、公司客户：公司注册证书以及股东证明档。
3、代理人：代理人的身份证明文件，代理人代表的竞投人士 / 单位之身份证明文件，以及该人士 /
单位签发的授权书正本。敬请注意，深圳富诺得拍卖有限公司不接受第三方付款，此规定亦通用于代
理人。
4、新客户须提供银行发出之信用证明。
建议首次参与竞投的新客户于拍卖会前至少24小时办理登记，以便有充足的时间处理登记数据。
三、本公司办理竞投手续的保证金收取办法，具体如下：
1、预竞投图录未标识特殊符号的拍品，办理普通号牌，需缴纳人民币二十万元保证金；
2、预竞投图录标识特殊符号的拍品，办理特殊号牌，需缴纳人民币一百万元保证金。
四、对于未在《拍卖规则》规定的时间内付款的买受人，如再次申请办理竞投号牌，本公司有权收取两倍
以上的保证金。

Ⅰ When you register to bid, you must fill in a Bidder Registration Form, provide the relevant
identity document, and pay a deposit in order to carry out the registration formalities.
Ⅱ Documents that must be provided at the time of bidding registration:
1.Individuals: identity document with photo issued by the government.
2.Corporate clients: a certificate of incorporation and proof of shareholding.
3.Agent: identity document of the agent, identity document of the Bidder represented by the
agent, and the original of the letter of authorization issued by the Bidder.
Please note that Shenzhen Fortis Auction Co., Ltd. does not accept payment from third parties,
and this also applies to agents.
4.New clients must provide a proof of creditworthiness issued by a bank.
We would recommend that new clients who are to bid for the first time register at least 24 hours
before the auction so as to allow sufficient time for processing of the registration materials.
Ⅲ About the way attend to bidding, the details shows below:
1.The pre-auction record does not identify the special symbol, and it is required to pay a deposit
of RMB 200,000.
2.For the auction of special signs in the pre-auction catalogue, the RMB 1 million deposit is
required to handle the special card.
Ⅳ If the Buyer who didn't make payment within the stipulated period under the Conditions
wants to apply a bidding paddle, this Company has the right to charge more than twice of the
bidding deposit.
