I hereby request Tsi Ku Chai Auctioneers (China) Company Limited to enter
bids on the following Lots according to the bid price stated hereunder.
I understand that if any of the bids are successful the Total Amount Due shall
be the aggregate of the Hammer Price and the premium.
AGREEMENT
Lot No.
1. Prospective Bidders who intend to give us a commission Bid Price
(in numerical Description
to bid on his/her behalf shall present us with a written order) (excluding premium)
authorization and place a deposit in accordance with the
provisions in Article 7(2) of the Conditions of Business
at least 24 hours prior to the Auction Date.
2. Our telephone lines are limited. If you choose to render
telephone bids, we would suggest that you also give us
your maximum bid, so that we can bid on your behalf in
case we are unable to reach you by telephone.
3. Tsi Ku Chai Auctioneers will submit your written bid at
the lowest price possible, taking into account the reserve
price and other bids.
4. The Bid Price in this Agreement is the highest price to
be submitted for the bidding, excluding the premium.
Premium shall be paid in accordance with the relevant
terms and conditions of Tsi Ku Chai Auctioneers.
5. Prospective Bidders are advised to attend the auction in
person. If the Bidders are unable to do so, Tsi Ku Chai
Auctioneers will accept their written instructions to bid
on their behalf, but neither Tsi Ku Chai Auctioneers
nor its employees shall be liable to the Bidders for any
neglect or default in so doing or for failure to do so.
6. If Tsi Ku Chai Auctioneers receive more than one
absentee bid with the same bid price for a particular
lot, and at auction these bids are the highest bids for the
lot, it will be sold to the person whose absentee bid we
received first.
7. For cancellations of any of the absentee bids, the
Bidders shall inform us in writing at least 24 hours
before the Auction Date.
