竞投须知 ｜ NOTICE
1. 北京永樂國際拍賣有限公司舉辦的拍賣活動均依據本圖錄
中所附之拍賣規則進行，參加拍賣活動的相關各方必須仔細
閱讀並予以遵守。
2. 根據文物主管部門要求，本公司不再對禁止出境拍賣標的
標註 * 號。買受人須於競買前自行尋求專業意見，確認拍賣
標的滿足法律對進出口的要求。如將文物攜運出境，買受人
須依法自行辦理文物出境審核手續。
3. 本公司特別聲明不能保證拍賣標的的真偽、品質及價值，
對拍賣標的不承擔瑕疵擔保責任，競買人應親自審看拍賣標
的原物。如欲進一步了解拍賣標的狀態等相關信息，請向業
務人員諮詢或索取資料。
4. 若競投成功，買受人應自拍賣成交日 ( 含成交日 ) 起七日
內一次付清購買價款並領取拍賣品 ( 包裝及搬運費用自付 );
競買人逾期未足額支付的，競買保證金不予退還，同時還應
按照本公司拍賣規則規定承擔相應責任。
5. 如閣下委託他人支付保證金或購買價款，須提供付款人身
份證明復印件及《付款說明》( 請與北京永樂國際拍賣有限公
司財務人員領取模板 )。
6. 發票開具註意事項 : 買受人如需開具發票，發票中的購買
方名稱須與買受人名稱一致，且於結算當月開具，開票詳細
規則及註意事項請聯系本公司財務部。
7. 本圖錄版權屬北京永樂國際拍賣有限公司所有。未經本公
司書面許可，不得以任何形式對本圖錄的任何部分進行複製
或進行其他任何形式的使用。

be conducted in accordance with the auction rules provided in this catalog. All parties
participating in the auction must carefully read and comply with these rules.
2. In accordance with the requirements of the cultural heritage authorities, our company
will no longer mark the auction items prohibited for export with an asterisk (*). Prior to
bidding, the buyer must seek professional advice and ensure that the auction items
meet the legal requirements for import and export. If the auctioned cultural objects are
to be taken out of the country, the buyer must handle the procedures for their export
approval in accordance with the law by himself/herself.
3. Our company explicitly declares that it cannot guarantee the authenticity, quality,
and value of the auction items, and assumes no responsibility for any defects in the
auction items. Bidders should personally inspect the physical auction items. For further
information regarding the status of the auction items or any related details, please
consult our staff or request relevant materials.
4. In the event of a successful bid, the buyer shall make a full payment of the purchase
price and collect the auction item(s) within seven days from the auction date (including
the auction date). The buyer shall bear the packaging and transportation costs. Failure
to make full payment within the specified period will result in the non-refundable
forfeiture of the bid deposit, and the buyer shall also assume the corresponding
responsibilities as stipulated in our company's auction rules.
5. If you authorize someone else to pay the bid deposit or purchase price on your
behalf, you must provide a copy of the payer's identification document and a "Payment
Instructions" (please obtain the template from the finance personnel of Beijing Yongle
International Auction Co., Ltd.).
6. Important considerations for invoice issuance: If the buyer requires an invoice, the
name of the buyer on the invoice must match the buyer's name and must be issued
within the settlement month. For detailed rules and instructions regarding invoice
issuance, please contact the finance personnel of our company.
