The Auctioneer will open the Official Website and APP Online Account for the Bidder, the account number is [ ﾠ ],
the Bidder shall set the login password before using the Online Account, otherwise it cannot be used. Note:account number need
to be Mobile Phone or E-mail, and only to the natuaral person himself.
I Noted and Accept:

Auctioneer assumes no liability for the genuineness, quality and value or flaws of
the Lot;
If two or more Bidders successfully bid for the same Lot with the same bid price,

auctioneer will award the lot to the Bidder whose Absentee Bid Order was first delivered;
I shall write accurate instant communications and tools on this Absentee Bid Order.
During the absentee bidding carried out by the auctioneer, messages transmitted through
the mentioned communications shall be deemed as instruction on my behalf,
no matter whether it is my personal action or not, and I shall promise to bear full legal
responsibility for my action.

If you ask a trustee to pay the deposits or the purchase price, a copy of an identification

document of the paying agent and a confirmation of payment shall be supplied. (For

Auctioneer accepts absentee bids placed only by the written form of the Absentee Bid
Order.
Invoice notice:
If a vendee needs an invoice, the name of the purchaser in the invoice must be
consistent with the vendee’s name, and should require the invoice within the same
month as the final payment. Our company will not provide invoices if you exceed the

time limit.
The vendee should provide the correct invoice information; invoices are unable to
be changed once issued.
Export and import notice:
According to the requirements of the department of cultural relics, our company
shall no longer mark ※ for the Lot that are forbidden to be exported. The Buyer
alone is responsible for getting advice about and meeting the requirements of Laws
which apply to exporting or importing any Lot prior the bidding. The Buyer that
carries and transports cultural relics out of the PRC shall go through the formalities

of exit examination and verification of cultural relics separately according to Laws.
This Absentee Bid Order entrusts China Guardian Auctions Co., Ltd. (hereinafter to be
referred as the“Auctioneer” to carry out absentee bidding on behalf of the above client
)
for the Lots numbered below and in accordance with the following conditions:
The bidder agrees that he/or she has already carefully read and agrees to abide by
the Auctioneer’s‘Conditions of Business’and the important notice by scanning the
QR code below, and has watched the important contents which were fully explained
by the Auctioneer by scanning the QR code. I have no doubt or objection to the
content of the terms and conditions.
I shall bear full legal responsibility for any bidding result that the Auctioneer bids on
my behalf.
The non-liability clause in the Auctioneer’s‘Conditions of Business’is not
contestable. The Auctioneer and its employees bear no responsibility for any
unsuccessful bids, unable authorized bid that may occur in the bidding process;
The Bidder must submit this Absentee Bid Order to the Auctioneer at Least 24 hours prior
to the Auction Date, and to conduct the registration process in accordance with the
conditions and procedures which are announced by the Auctioneer. If the corresponding
amount of deposit has not been received within the set period of time or it has not been
verified and confirmed by the Auctioneer, the Auctioneer reserves the right to declare the

invalidity of this Absentee Bid Order;
In the event of a successful bid, I shall pay the Auctioneer Hammer Price and a
commission in the amount equal to 15% of Hammer Price and Expenses (including
packaging charges, transportation fee, transportation insurance premium) within thirty
days of the Sale Date and collect the Lot. Please consult the Client Service department for
details;
The Bidder agrees that this Absentee Bid Order submitted in the form of a copy or

electronic shall have the same legal effect as the original.
You can also submit your highest bid before the special session of a

certain Lot using official website or APP. After the auction starts, the
Bidder shall not modify or delete the bid.
