公开承诺

●根据《中华人民共和国文物保护法》和国家有关规定，禁止出境的拍卖品，在本图录中
均以“※”符号注明，恕不办理出境手续。
●竞买人应在拍卖日前凭有效身份证件填写并签署竞买登记表，交付保证金人民币壹拾
万元整，方可领取竞投号牌，参加竞投。
●若竞投成功，买受人须支付相当于落槌价百分之十五的佣金。
●若竞投成功，买受人须自成交日起七日内一次性支付落槌及相当于落槌价百分之十五
的佣金及其他各项费用。款项结算清后，方可领取竞得拍卖品（包装及搬运费用、运输
保险费用、出境手续费用由竞买人自理）。

Undertakings:

·In accordance with “Preservation Law of Cultural Relics of the People's Republic of China”, export
clearance will not be granded for that marked with“※”in this catalogue.
·The bidder shall fill in and sign the bidding form with effective identification in advance and pay a deposit
of 100,000 before acquiring the bidding number.
·If the bidding is successful, the bidder shall within seven days as of the date of transaction pay off the
transaction amount at a time and the auction fee (fifteenth percent of the transaction amount) and other fees
and expenses as well. No auctioned object could be collected before the full payment of the above amount
(cost for package, carriage, transportation, insurance, levies for leaving the boundary shall be borne by the
bidders).

compliance with the Rules on Auction as attached in the Catalogue. All the bidders shall read it carefully and
abide by it.
The Power of Attorney for Bidding is also attached in the Catalogue. Should any bidder fails to be present,
the authorization procedures shall be completed with the auction house as its attorney two days before the
auction and the deposit shall be paid.
