III.The Buyer is responsible for identifying and applying for permits needed to import bonded Lots into
the PRC, and handling the entire import and export processes. Any notices and statements on import
and export restrictions, embargo, and tax rates issued by Poly Auction shall be just for reference purpose
only, and Poly Auction does not guarantee any of the content. The Buyer cannot cancel the deal or delay
payment because of failure to get permits and other relevant paperwork.
Poly Auction is not responsible for the consequences that may follow from failure to handle and present
import and export paperwork and documents to the authorities.
IV.If you have any questions about the collection and delivery of bonded Lots, please call the Logistics
department at 01064083207. At the Buyer's request, we may recommend to you agents who will handle
import and export on its behalf. It is an assistance offered by Poly Auction to the Buyer, and Poly

Auction has the final say as to whether to offer it or not. Please note that all the expenses or damages
that may arise in this process will be borne by the Buyer. In addition, Poly Auction is not responsible
for consequences that may follow from the failure to handle related procedure due to mistakes of
recommended agents.
V.If the Buyer fails to collect the sold bonded Lots within the required timeframe as stated in the Poly
Auction Conditions of Business, the Buyer should pay RMB 800 per Lot per month to Poly Auction as

storage charges calculating from thirty-first day after the Sale Date.
VI.The notice has equal legal effect with the Poly Auction Conditions of Business.
