Important Notice to Buyers

本公司拍卖图录及其他形式对拍卖品所作的介绍及评价，均为
参考性意见。敬请竞买人于拍卖会前自行审视拍卖品，并对竞
买行为负责。如有需要，请向工作人员索取品相报告。
竞买以下拍卖专场的竞买人办理竞买号牌时需交保证金人民币
伍拾万元(RMB 500,000)：
中国近现代书画，中国古代书画，法书楹联，中国当代书画，
中国古董珍玩。
若竞买成功，买受人须自成交日起七日内向北京翰海拍卖有限
公司一次性支付落槌价及相当于落槌价15%的酬金及其他各项
费用，之后方可领取拍卖品(包装及搬运费用、运输保险费用、
出境鉴定费自理)。

Beijing Hanhai Auction Co., Ltd. advise the bidders to carefully in-
spect the original Lot on which they intend to bid before the Auction

Date by identification or other methods.Bidders shall judge whether
the Lot is in accord with its description by themselves rather than rely-
ing on our catalogue and other images and advertisements of the Lot.
If you need further information about the Lot, please consult with the
employee at auction or preview for the complete condition report.
Bidders are requested of a deposit for a paddle registration.Plus de-
posit in below two categories:
Deposit in RMB 500,000, receiving Modern and Contemporary
Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy, Classical Chinese Paintings
and Calligraphy, The Important Antithetic Couplets, Fine Chinese
Modern Paintings and Calligraphy, Fine Chinese Ceramics and
Works of Art.
In the event of a successful bid, a complete single payment must
be received by Beijing Hanhai Auction Co., Ltd. within seven days
of the date of successful sale, and be in accordance with the ham-
mer price plus an additional 15% of the hammer price as buyer’s
premium, and include any additional fees surrounding the Lot as
well(including shipping, packaging charges, insurance fee and
export appraisal fee, for which the buyer is responsible). After all
above-mentioned fees have been paid, the bidder may take posses-
sion of the Lot.
