参加拍卖活动的相关各方必须仔细阅读并予以遵守。

二、 竞买人知悉并且同意: 图录中标注的处于 保税状态的拍卖标的，拍卖标的成交后，
交割地为中国香港。
三、本场全部拍卖标的，经本公司专家团队认真筛选与审定，但由于艺术品的特殊性，
本公司特别声明不能保证拍卖标的的真伪、品质及价值，对拍卖标的不承担瑕疵
担保责任，竞买人应亲自审看拍卖标的原物。如欲进一步了解拍卖标的状态等相
关信息，请向业务人员咨询或索取资料。
四、竞买人领取竞投号牌需要凭本人身份证 ( 或护照 ) 登记，并预交保证金。预竞投
图录标示估价在人民币五百万元以下（不含五百万元）的拍品，需缴纳三十万元
保证金；预竞投图录标示估价在人民币五百万元及以上的拍品，需缴纳一百万元
保证金。如您竞投金额超过额度，请重新办理竞投号牌，北京开拍国际拍卖有限
公司对此拥有最终解释权。
五、若竞投成功，买受人需自拍卖成交日起三十日内向北京开拍国际拍卖有限公司支
付落槌价及相当于落槌价百分之十五的佣金，并领取拍卖标的；竞买人逾期未足
额支付的，竞买保证金不予退还，同时还应按照本公司拍卖规则规定承担相应责任。

六、竞买人应妥善保管竞投号牌，如有丢失，应立即向拍卖人书面挂失。凡持本、竞
投号牌者在拍卖活动中所实施的竞买行为，均视为竞投号牌登记人本人所为，并
承担全部法律责任。

NOTICES:

1. Beijing Cuppar International Auctions Co., Ltd. shall conduct auctions in accordance with the
Conditions of Business attached in this catalogue. All concerned parties participating in the auction
must carefully read and comply with the Conditions.
2. The Bidder shall acknowledge and agree that the Lot marked "IN BOND" in the catalogue shall
be delivered in Hong Kong after the bid succeeds.
3. All Lots offered in this auction has been carefully screened and approved by the expert team of the
Company. However, the Company especially declares that it shall undertake no guarantee for the
authenticity, quality and valuation of the Lot, and shall undertake no liability for any flaw or defect of
the Lot. The Bidder shall inspect and investigate the original Lot. For any further information on the
condition of the Lot, please consult and obtain materials from the staff.
4. The Bidder shall register and receive a bidding paddle with a valid identity card (passport) and pay
the guarantee money in advance. The items’ price under RMB5,000,000(include), the bidder need
to pay RMB300,000 as a deposit; The items’ price over RMB 5,000,000, the bidders need to pay
RMB1,000,000 as a deposit and need to sign <special agreement> as well. If your bidding amount
exceeds the limit, please apply for a new bidding paddle, and Beijing Cuppar International Auctions
Co., Ltd. reserves the right of final interpretation.
5. When the bid succeeds, the Buyer shall pay the Company a commission equal to 15% of the Hammer
price and collect the Lot within 30 days after the Sale Date; if the Bidder fails to make full payment
overdue, the guarantee money shall not be refunded, and the bidder shall bear corresponding
liabilities in accordance with the Conditions.
6. The Bidder shall take good care of the bidding paddle affixed with number. In case of losing such
paddle, the Bidder shall report the loss to the auctioneer immediately in writing. The person holding
the paddle is deemed to be the registered owner of the paddle and shall be liable for using the paddle
to bid in the auction.
